Delete a Promise account
Account deletion is permanent. Promise data cannot be recovered after deletion is completed.
In the app
- Open Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email danny@virtualbeehiveinc.com from the address associated with the account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Deletion removes or de-identifies the account profile, promise records, evidence metadata, invitations, notification preferences, ratings, and related active-service data, subject to limited fraud, security, transaction, legal, and backup-retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
